I’m excited for you because the Journaling Challenge is a great way to deepen your knowledge of yourself, grow your career and enjoy life.
We all struggle every single day. I know just last week I couldn’t forgive myself for blurting out a corny joke in the meeting that no one laughed at. Then I brought it up to my coworker and she laughed that I was still worrying about something that no one else cared about. She calmed me down and helped me feel grateful again. Grateful for a wonderful friend at work and appreciative of myself that I’m willing to learn and grow from my mistakes.
