Save Time Challenge

Do you want to save 5 hours a week?

Why do so many of us, me included, end up wasting time instead of using it well?

After years of interviews, research and writing I found an amazing tool.
Before I share this tool let me explain.

Most of us aren't clear on the best way to take action on our opportunities.

  • Do I write a book or focus on getting more clients?
  • Do I watch Netflix or write in my journal?
  • Do I drive to the store to buy groceries or pay more to have them delivered?

I often wish I had a time machine that I could hop in and tell my past self not to watch that action-adventure movie and write in my journal instead.

I'm unclear on what I want, so I pick the easier route. It's often uncertainty that holds us back from doing the deep work. The work that allows us to fly in our lives.

We are wired for safety, not success. The lens of our lives are clouded by all of our choices. Overwhelm stops us from taking action. We don't know what the correct decision is, so we procrastinate.

You must start with getting clear on your priorities. When you understand what you want and why you want it then focusing isn't so hard. This is easier said than done. That's why I created this challenge.

If you know why you’re doing what you’re doing the hard decisions become easier.

You are able to make better decisions faster.

This takes practice.

It's about creating routines and frameworks that work for our personality so we get positive results.

Let's learn to time travel.

We aren't going to get into the physics of time travel. Instead we are going to use a technique that Einstein perfected.

The techniques in this challenge will teach you will help you travel back in time so you can make adjustments so your future self is happier. The confusion that we all feel is because we lack clarity.

Clarity helps you say, "Hell Yes!" to and what to "Hell No!" to. You are clear on your vision and you see each obstacle as an opportunity instead of a roadblock.

I'm Karl Staib the Founder of the Dig to Fly Method and Author of Bring Gratitude

A few years ago I noticed that I stopped writing and being creative. I was burned out. It's a terrible feeling. I didn't have the energy to do my work. I struggled to find motivation and my performance suffered.

I don't want you to struggle like I did. It starts with self care. You have to start by processing your thoughts and emotions so you can be your best self at work and at home.

I've struggle like everyone else. I've had relationship problems, laid off from a job, Cancer surgery and therapy, money issues, and mindset problems. I've studied gratitude, happiness and business for over 15 years now, speaking to thousands of people all over the world and the one thing that has helped me change from someone that struggled with feeling happy to someone that wakes up excited by what the day will bring is making the time to dig deep and process my thoughts and feelings each and every day.

In the Coaching challenge we'll dive deep into how you create a vision, peel back the armor that is holding you back so you can fly free in your career.

Writing this book changed my life. It's foundation of the Dig to Fly Method.
