    I often wish I had a time machine that I could hop in and tell my past self not to scroll social media for two hours.

    “Don’t waste this precious time!”

    Social media procrastination and other forms of procrastination usually happen because I’m unclear on what I want, so I pick the easier route. It’s often uncertainty that holds us back from doing the right next thing.

    We are wired for safety, not success. The lens of our lives are clouded by all of our choices. Overwhelm stops us from taking action. We don’t know what the correct decision is, so we procrastinate. We let distractions get the best of us.

    You must start with getting clear on your priorities. When you understand what you want and why you want it then you can focus on what matters. This is easier said than done. That’s why I created this challenge.

    It starts with having the right processes in place that fit you are your employees’ personalities.

    When you have a process that helps guide you, it’s easier to save yourself time.

    This takes practice.

    It’s about creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that work for our personality so we get positive results.

    I know SOPs seem boring, but wait…we can spin them into something useful and dare I say exciting. This is how we build good habits that save us hours each week.

    We have an opportunity to make improvements through a simple review process. We leverage SOPs to help you focus on what matters to your business. This requires using Einstein’s “Thought Experiment” method. Let’s dig a little deeper.
