Hi Nathalie, learning to flow with my work has increased my happiness exponentially. I'm still just learning how, but each week I get a little better.
One of my best ways to enjoy work is to use stress to be my best.
The issue is anxiety is the enemy. Stress is my friend. Stress reminds me I'm engaged and passionate. Anxiety means I need a new filter or metaphor or plan for the situation.
Great idea Karl. Deep breathing is an amazing thing. Also you can try counting to 10 slowly if you are with others.
