Transition Coaching Session with follow-up


We’ll explore your mind through an interview and a follow-up call. We’ll discuss habits, thought patterns, stories, feelings, etc. 

I start our conversation by asking, “What irritates you?” Then we dive in and explore what triggers your feelings and how we can work with them. We use this time to understand your thought patterns. The more you uncover these patterns, the easier it is to prevent them from dictating your happiness.
