Are you ready to fly free again?

One of the biggest mistakes we make when feel stuck is feeding our negative thoughts. We let our expectations of what we want to happen or didn't happen hold us back from taking action. We don't see a clear path forward. We are stuck.

We lose faith in our ability to make good decisions. This is when we need to work on lifting our fog. When we have good processes in place we can see what is truly holding us back.

Many great writers talk about sitting down at their desks at the same time each day to write. They do this because they know that if they continue to take consistent action then they will eventually make progress. The bestselling author, Neil Gaiman, is famous for sitting down to write at the same time and place every single day. He doesn't force himself to write, but he isn't allowed to do anything else. It took him years to figure out the best system for his personality. This might not work for you. Your system should depend on your goals and personality.

Join the Get Unstuck challenge and learn how you can dig a little deeper to understand yourself and make 1% improvements. When you focus on small improvements that compound over the weeks, months and years, you become happier, improve your career and build better relationships. It's the habits that you develop now that can really pay off over time.

I'm Karl Staib the Founder of the Dig to Fly Method and Author of Bring Gratitude

A few years ago I noticed that I stopped writing and being creative. I was burned out. It's a terrible feeling. I didn't have the energy to do my work. I struggled to find motivation and my performance suffered.

I don't want you to struggle like I did. It starts with understanding yourself. Listening to that voice inside of you that is trying to guide you. I call it the witness. You might call it God, Universe, Devine, etc. This part of you is witnessing the actions you are taking. You must learn to give it time and space, so it helps guide you. That's why the Daily Dig is so important. You discover new ways, routines and habits that help you slow down and make better decisions.

I've struggle like everyone else. I've had relationship problems, laid off from a job, Cancer surgery and therapy, money issues, and mindset problems. I've studied gratitude, happiness and business for over 15 years now, speaking to thousands of people all over the world. The one thing that has helped me change from someone that struggled with productivity, happiness and patience to someone that wakes up excited by what the day will bring... Is making the time to learn from my decisions and how I can make choices from my head, heart, and gut, so I have less regrets and better results.

In the Get Unstuck challenge we'll dive into decision making processes, so you can grow and fly free in your career again.

Writing this book changed my life. It's foundation of how I make better decisions faster.
