The Bring Gratitude 30-Day Challenge

Does your inner negative voice ever hold you back?

I struggled with my mindset for many years. It wasn't until I got consistent with my gratitude practice that I began to see a positive shift. I want to help you bring the joy back into your life with bite-sized mindset practices.

You have an amazing opportunity over the next 30 days to focus on your mindset. When you put in just a little extra work, you'll see a lot of internal growth. Over the next 30 days you'll be guided by me and our community throughout the challenge to help you make lasting change.

It's not about being perfect and writing down 50 things you are grateful for each day. I suggest people start with just writing down one thing you are grateful for each day then increasing it to three. It's about taking small steps to begin the practice. The more you try, the better you get at it.

When you join the free 30 Day Bring Gratitude Challenge. You'll get:

  • Weekly email to help you plan your week.
  • Mid-week check-in email to see how you are progressing.
  • Facebook group for support and encouragement.

The biggest change I've made to build a stronger mindset was building the gratitude habit. A few years ago, I was let go from my job and struggled with my confidence. I am now the author of Bring Gratitude, public speaker, and have a career and family I love. Nothing much changed about my day to day life, except my ability to deeply appreciate what I have and not what I wish I had.

I'm Karl Staib the Author of Bring Gratitude

A few years ago I noticed that I stopped writing and being creative. I'd fallen into a rut. I woke up dreading most of my days. I put on a good front for my family and co-workers, but I just wasn't happy. I was drinking at night to help me relax and drinking coffee to kickstart my lethargic mornings.

Over one holiday my wife gave me a new Bluetooth speaker for our home. It wasn't the one I wanted, so I looked at her and said "They didn't have the one I wanted?" Her expression showed me how far I'd fallen with my attitude. I knew that I needed to do something to improve my outlook on life.

I'd fallen into back into bad habits. I struggled with building habits that helped my life and my career. I started to track my overall happiness on a scale of 1-10 for a whole month. I ended the month at a 6.7 out of 10. I was expecting a better score. That's how delusional I was. It was eye opening.

I had a caring family, good job and nice home and yet I struggled to be happy. That's when I started my gratitude journal, the spark that started this journey. I now appreciate so much more of my day. It's really the little things like a cup of tea in the morning, which I usually had, but didn't have the ability to enjoy it as much as I do now.

I've struggle like everyone else. I've had relationship problems, laid off from a job, 5 years without a raise increase, Cancer, fired from another, money issues, and happiness problems. I've studied happiness for over 10 years now, speaking to thousands of people all over the world and the one thing that has helped me change from someone that struggled with feeling happy to someone that wakes up excited by what the day will bring is Gratitude.

The habit of practicing daily gratitude changed my life. I used this practice to develop the Dig to Fly method to help others. That's when my career took off. I first gave myself the oxygen mask then I found a way to help others.

Writing this book changed my life. I'm pretty dang sure it'll change yours, too!
