Finding my business clarity has taken me a lot of time. I’m on my 8th blog and I’m just now figuring out what I love to learn, talk about, and teach. It’s this slow forward progress that has made all the difference. If I would have been stubborn I wouldn’t have created a company that was flexible to my needs as well as my clients.
You have to look at what how your superpowers align with your work. Eliminate the boring, tedious, and pointless work. Do work that excites you!
You must uncover all the layers of psychological crap and societal training that you accumulated over these last few years. It’s the only way you will be able to create something that people want to share with their friends.
Make sure you are asking yourself a tough question every single day. Questions that make you step back, evaluate, and make sure you are steering your business in the direction that makes you and your people happier. Your clarity will allow you to focus on the projects that truly matter.
What have you discovered about yourself in the last month?
Hi Karl,
In finding personal clarity regarding my purpose in life and living the truth of that, I was internally guided to close my previous online site and create a completely new one. Starting fresh is a huge professional risk, but an amazing creative opportunity, Already in the one week since my launch, my ‘numbers’ are low, but the connections and fulfillment are beyond what I could have imagined. Some people never ask the questions, knowing the answer will require “change”..yet, we already know the answer, it is a matter of saying yes! to life by creating from it, or denying it. Thank you for your reflection!
